One on One Yoga Sessions- In Person & Virtual
One on one sessions are designed based on your aspirations and needs. I would be honored to be a part of your journey by offering practices and guidance to support you on your mat and in your life. One on One sessions are a chance for us to work closely towards your intentions using various practices and tools such as physical postures & sequences (Asanas), breathwork (Pranayama), Meditation (Dhyana), sound elements, Yoga & Ayurvedic philosophy and guidance.
If we have not worked together before we will start with an initial consultation session to discuss your goals and needs. I hold sessions virtually via Zoom or in person in Okinawa, Japan.
Reiki - In Person Only
Reiki stimulates the flow and balance of life force energy which resides within and around all of us. This technique supports physical, emotional, spiritual healing and wellbeing. Reiki is safe for all people as it does not require movement and is received seated or lying down.
