Hello, I’m Molly Koh, previously Vallillo.
One of my deeply held beliefs which has influenced my life and work is that all people are Divine and Connected to one another. This led me to the practice of yoga and to my professional work in the International Development & nonprofit field. I am a certified yoga instructor with 7 years experience and am currently working towards my yoga therapy certification (2025). I completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2017 at the Akasha Yoga Academy and my 500 hour teacher training with Prema Yoga Institute in NYC.
My intention is to give others the opportunity for self exploration, healing and to cultivate tools for deep inner listening. My style of teaching is based on the Hatha Yoga tradition, and focuses on mindful movement, body awareness, connection with Self. I aim to honor the history and philosophy of Yoga while allowing space for and meeting each student on their individual path.
NamJai (น้ำใจ) is a Thai word which is loosely translated as “Water of the Heart”. This word represents a way of living generously and with the collective in mind that I was deeply moved by during the years I spent in Thailand and hope to emulate and embody.
No man can reveal to you aught but that which already lies half asleep in the dawning of your knowledge. - Kahlil Gibran
